Yami Go Sushi
One of the only fully halal sushi restaurants in Toronto, which puts it in a category of its own. The sushi is genuinely solid — good rolls, fresh fish, and a menu that covers the Japanese staples well. Everything else on the menu is also well done.

Sushi rolls are the main event. Try a range to get a sense of the menu.

A salmon or tuna roll — the classics, done well and fully halal.
The Verdict
The standard for fully halal sushi in Toronto. There may be better sushi out there (there almost certainly is), but Yami Go being fully halal puts it in its own league for the Muslim community. The quality is solid enough that you're not compromising on the food to get the halal certification. Highly recommended.
