- 01We check the halal status first. Certification, supplier, hand-slaughtered vs. machine, shared fryers — before we taste anything. If the halal story doesn't check out, it doesn't get listed.
- 02We visit unannounced and pay for our own food. No comped meals, no heads-up to the kitchen. What a regular customer gets is what gets scored.
- 03The verdict drops on TikTok, the rank lands here. Hit, Solid, Decent, Borderline, or Miss — and a permanent spot on the list. See the full scoring in our methodology.
