Mangal Kebab House
One of the top three Turkish restaurants in Toronto. Mangal doesn't quite reach Mama Fatma's level, but it's in the conversation and it has things going for it — good value, solid Ramadan specials, and a few standout items that make it worth visiting.
What to Order
The dana kebab is excellent — that's the must-order. The bulgur side dish is really good and underrated. And the tres leches milk cake for dessert is a pleasant surprise.

A really good Turkish restaurant with solid value. The consistency could be a bit more reliable — sometimes it's 90% there — but overall Mangal is a strong option, especially for Ramadan dining. One of the better halal Turkish spots in the city.
