Lebanese manakish, pastries, and 24-hour Middle Eastern fare
Al-Diwan
Al-Diwan is a gem for the simple reason that it's open 24 hours. Need somewhere to eat at 3am? This is your spot. But it's not just about the hours — the food is genuinely good. Everything is fresh and baked in-house, and they have a really solid variety across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
What to Order
The manakish is exceptional — one of the best you'll find in Toronto. The rockets (spinach pies) are also really good. And they have desserts too, so it covers a lot of ground.
Must Try
The manakish. It's the standout item and the reason people keep coming back.
The Verdict
Great spot. Open around the clock, consistently good food, and a menu that covers a lot of ground. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast or grabbing a late-night bite, Al-Diwan delivers.
