They've removed all pork and alcohol from the menu (I believe it's now fully halal) and the food is genuinely good. The birria tacos are close to Comal y Canela's level — really right there with them in terms of flavour. ## What to Order The birria tacos — that's the highlight. If you're new, they sometimes give you complimentary churros, which is a nice touch. ## Must Try Birria tacos and the churros. Also check out whatever Mexican candies they have if you're feeling adventurous. ## The Verdict A strong halal Mexican option — second only to Comal y Canela and genuinely competitive with it. The authenticity is real, the value is good, and the hospitality is warm. If you're in the area, Mount Sinai Mexican is worth your time.
