At Ridgeway Plaza with a lot of other good options nearby, Mount Sinai holds its own as a really authentic halal Mexican option. They've removed all pork and alcohol from the menu (I believe it's now fully halal) and the food is genuinely good. The birria tacos are close to Comal y Canela's level — really right there with them in terms of flavour.
What to Order
The birria tacos — that's the highlight. If you're new, they sometimes give you complimentary churros, which is a nice touch.
